Reza founded Super Star Car Wash in 1993, growing it into one of the largest express car wash platforms in the Southwest. Over the past three decades, he has developed, operated, and exited more than 120 locations. In parallel, Reza has developed over 250,000 square feet of office condominiums. He is currently building a real estate-focused family office centered on long-term growth, disciplined investment, and legacy. Reza studied Economics at the University of California, San Diego.

Executive Vice President

Andy Call is a commercial real estate development executive with more than 25 years of experience delivering projects across the Mountain West. He has led development initiatives for firms including Lennar, Evergreen Development, and Thompson Thrift, overseeing the acquisition, entitlement, and execution of residential, retail, mixed-use, and industrial assets.

Over his career, Andy has developed more than $1 billion in projects across Arizona, California, and Colorado. His expertise spans site selection, land acquisition, municipal approvals, and construction oversight, consistently delivering high-performing assets aligned with investment objectives. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from ASU and an MBA from GCU.

Kaler Ruiz

Position

Kaler Ruiz is a development associate with experience across acquisitions, capital markets, and development in both the United States and the United Kingdom. He has worked across multiple asset classes, including industrial, multifamily, and storage, supporting projects from initial underwriting through execution.

Kaler has contributed to more than $75 million in acquisitions and over $150 million in refinancing activity. Most recently, he served as Associate Vice President at Clear Sky Capital, where he was involved in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, as well as underwriting, development oversight, and institutional partner relations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the USC.
